Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to:

These costs are determined by the customs authorities of the recipient’s country and are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not charge VAT on orders outside the EU.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or because it was not collected, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Damaged Packages
