Natural and Simple Composition
Carefully selected ingredients are used in the production process:
- natural coconut shell charcoal,
- food-grade tapioca used as a natural binder,
- spring water with a pH of 5.7.
From Coconut Shell to Finished Cube
One of the key elements of the production process is control over the raw material. The manufacturer carbonizes the coconut shells in its own facility, allowing for greater control over the quality of the material later used to produce the finished charcoal cubes.
Controlling the process from one of its earliest stages also helps ensure greater consistency between individual batches of charcoal.
Why Gas-Fired Ovens?
The charcoal cubes are dried using gas-fired ovens, which allow precise control over both temperature and drying time.
Unlike traditional wood-fired ovens, where temperatures may fluctuate depending on combustion conditions, gas-fired ovens make it possible to maintain precisely defined process parameters.
This results in:
- greater batch-to-batch consistency,
- even burning,
- stable heat output,
- greater control over the production process.
8 Stages of Quality Control
The production process includes 8 stages of quality control. Individual parameters are checked at key stages — from the preparation and carbonization of coconut shells, through forming and drying the cubes, to final packaging.
Thanks to this multi-stage quality control process, each batch is expected to meet the same defined standards and deliver the most consistent performance possible during use.
