Can I order shisha tobacco with shipping?
This option is available for customers who have a corporate account. First, you need to create an account and fill in the account’s address details (My Account -> Addresses), including the shipping address and billing address with the company’s VAT number included. After entering the data, please contact us, for example, through the contact form, chat on the store, or email at shop@shishaboutique.com with a request to activate the corporate account. In the message, please clearly indicate the email address under which the account on the store’s website was registered. After activation, you will be able to order tobacco on the same terms as other products.
Can I make changes to a placed order?
To make changes to a placed order, please contact us by phone or email.
Can I cancel a placed order?
To cancel an order, please contact us—preferably by phone.
Can goods purchased in two different orders be received in one package?
To combine two separate orders, please enter the number of the previous order in the “comments” field when placing the second one.
How can I track the status of my order?
A link to the website where you can track the shipment status is sent to the email address provided in the order.
How long is the order processing time?
Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday) are shipped the same day, and those placed later, the next day. Shipping usually takes 1 day, occasionally 2 days. The maximum order processing time is 48 hours.
